Meridian comprised the consolidation of two sites to create a total land area of 8,000 sqm with superior design options. Meridian is close to Bunnings, Belrose Supa Centa and global corporations such as Demag, Panasonic and Natures Way.

  • Production units - 50% office spaces and 50% warehouse facilities
  • High clearances ranging from 5.2 to 7 metres
  • On site cafe with indoor and outdoor eating facilities
