Substantial 6,000m2 warehouse and distribution facility incorporating a two-storey office, warehouse and rear loading dock area on a 10,700m2 site. The adaptive re-use of the front two-storey office into a 98-place childcare centre and subdivision. The asset was purchased with a minimal covenant in place, the condition of the asset was improved and a new government tenant took possession of the warehouse component.


In addition, an operator was secured for the childcare centre and the adaptive re-use of this component is under construction.
