Since 1982, Life Property Group has been committed to creating high-quality properties, stronger businesses and happier communities. Established on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, we operate as both a Property Developer and as a Property Advisor; covering Commercial, Industrial, Residential and Retail developments throughout New South Wales.
With a focus on the Northern Beaches, Life Property Group has established a strong reputation for turning clients’ vision into a reality; developing and advising properties with a sincere desire to exceed expectations.

Bill Ryder

As one of Sydney’s most experienced and knowledgable property experts, Bill has delivered a wide variety of premium quality developments during his 45 years in the industry. To the Life Property team, he is our trusting leader. To his clients, he is the professional, humble and friendly face of Life Property Group always only a phone call away to ensure the successful outcome of their project.
Starting his career in property as an Estate Agent in Melbourne in 1978, Bill undertook his first property development in 1980. Bill purchased Bridge Real Estate in 1990 and over the next 16 years helped it grow into one of the leading suburban agencies in Sydney. In 2006 CBRE purchased Bridge Real Estate and he has since focussed entirely on the business of Life Property Group.
Bill is just like you, in the ocean every morning for a body surf and enjoying a cold beer with his friends and family. Bill’s passion for rugby league keeps him playing socially, while he also loves assisting people with disabilities to learn to play as well. You might also find him bee keeping or trying to solve a cryptic crossword or two.

Claudio Minns
Development Manager

With over two decades of experience working in property, Claudio strives to not only achieve the best possible result for our clients, but a final product we can all be proud of. With industry knowledge that’s second to none, Claudio will always do whatever it takes to ensure our clients vision comes to fruition. With a mission to service everyone’s needs to the best of his ability, Claudio looks after his clients like he would his family.
Since joining Life Property Group in 2005, Claudio has overseen all projects and managed over $70m worth of developments. He does it all; sourcing developing opportunities, site investigation and acquisition, reviewing planning requirements, managing the developing application, tender documentation and process, value engineering, negotiation of construction contracts, appointment of the builder and handovers.
Outside of Life Property Group, Claudio is out appreciating what life has to offer. Whether it's getting up early for the sunrise, ocean swimming, spending time with his family or sailing - Claudio’s passion for nature vies with his passion for property.

Alex Ryder
Financial Management, Sales and Leasing

Alex began his property career with Fairline Corporation in 2003, focusing on development management. In 2006 he joined Macquarie Bank, becoming a Transaction Manager with the Real Estate Structured Finance team. Working closely with developers in Macquarie’s lending team, Alex gained a good understanding of key development metrics and delivery risk; and was subsequently engaged in Macquarie’s Real Estate Investment Banking team where he focussed on strategic developments and investments for the bank on balance sheet.
Following the Global Financial Crisis Alex was recruited as a transaction/project manager for Urban Pacific; a wholly owned development subsidiary of Macquarie Bank, to aid in the divestment of golf course assets. After a year in Africa applying his property related knowledge with various aid agencies he joined Life Property in 2011, overseeing Financial Management. Alex also is a very gifted professional counsellor, assisting many.

Alana Morgan

Alana embodies everything that Life Property Group stands for - always going above and beyond to keep our clients best interests at heart. We love her caring nature and willingness to work as a team to help our clients achieve their property dreams. You’ll love how involved she is with her clients and how she’ll care for your property as if it were her own.
Alana’s path to Life Property Group stemmed from her passion for helping people. Her property career started in reception and assisting Asset Management at a Residential Agency in Manly whilst she was studying to become a teacher. After graduating university and spending time as a primary teacher, Alana decided to pursue a different career in Real Estate.
Family is everything for Alana, and when she’s not with her Life Property team she’s out and about with her two beautiful children. Whether it's dancing, listening to music, reading a good book, watching sport, playing golf or heading to the beach - there is never a dull moment in the Morgan Household. Alana also loves to travel, and can’t wait to visit Italy, Croatia, Austria and the Greek islands with her family.

Isi (Isabella) Murace

Isi is a dedicated Client Services and Administration Specialist at Life Property Group, bringing a blend of organisational prowess, boundless enthusiasm and dedication to the team. Currently in the final year of a Bachelor of Business degree with a major in Human Resource Management and Marketing, Isi is a valuable asset to the company.
Since joining Life Property Group in 2021, Isi has been instrumental in various aspects of the business, ensuring its smooth operation through meticulous organisation and an enthusiastic approach to tasks. Isi's dedication to her role guarantees that every task is handled with care and a positive attitude, contributing to client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Beyond the office, Isi is often enjoying the beach, soaking up the sun, and going for walks with her friends. Isi also has a love of travel, with the coastal towns of Europe being her top pick!
